Voice Communications Policy

Effective January 5, 2026

This Voice Communications Policy explains when and how AmazingXO, LLC (“AmazingXO”) may contact you by phone call, voicemail, or automated voice message, and what rights you have.

1. Types of Voice Communications

AmazingXO may contact you by phone for the following purposes:

  • Order verification and compliance follow-up
  • Identity verification (if required during onboarding)
  • Customer support callbacks when requested
  • Nurse Hours session coordination
  • Account alerts related to security or billing issues

2. Automated Calls and Prerecorded Messages

AmazingXO may use automated dialing systems or prerecorded voice messages for transactional and informational communications. By providing your phone number and creating an account, you consent to receive such calls to the extent permitted by applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Promotional calls using automated or prerecorded messages will only be made with your express written consent. You are not required to consent to promotional calls as a condition of purchasing from AmazingXO.

3. Opt-Out

You may opt out of non-transactional voice communications at any time by:

  • Saying “stop” or “opt out” during any automated call
  • Contacting support@amazingxo.com with your phone number and opt-out request
  • Updating your communication preferences in your account settings

Opting out of promotional voice communications will not affect transactional or compliance-related calls related to active orders.

4. Recording

Certain calls — particularly those related to identity verification or compliance — may be recorded for quality assurance and regulatory compliance purposes. Where required by law, you will be informed that a call is being recorded before it begins. By continuing a recorded call, you consent to such recording.

5. Do Not Call

AmazingXO respects the National Do Not Call Registry. If your number is registered on the DNC list and you have not provided express consent for promotional calls, we will not contact you for promotional purposes. To make a DNC request directly to AmazingXO, contact support@amazingxo.com.
