Terms of Service

Effective January 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AmazingXO platform, website, and services operated by AmazingXO, LLC (“AmazingXO,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where our products are legally available to use our services. By using AmazingXO, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to verify your identity and age and to decline service to anyone who does not qualify.

2. Account Registration

To place an order, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@amazingxo.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Membership

Access to purchase products on AmazingXO requires an active membership subscription at the current published rate. Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Nurse Hours access is an optional add-on subscription billed separately at the published rate. Nurse Hours access includes entry to the private AmazingXO Discord server channels designated for nurse sessions and is subject to session availability.

4. Orders and Fulfillment

All orders are subject to compliance review before fulfillment. Placing an order and completing payment does not guarantee shipment. Orders that do not pass compliance review will be refunded in full. Once an order is approved and dispatched, it is subject to our standard refund and return policy described in Section 8.

Products are dispensed by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. AmazingXO is a platform that facilitates access to these pharmacies — we do not manufacture, compound, or warehouse pharmaceutical products.

5. Compliance and Identity Verification

First-time purchasers are required to complete an identity verification process, which includes submitting a government-issued ID and completing a brief on-camera verification. This is a compliance requirement and is non-negotiable. Orders will not be fulfilled until verification is complete and approved.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current health information during intake. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Purchase products for resale, redistribution, or transfer to third parties
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or health information
• Attempt to circumvent age verification or compliance requirements
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its associated infrastructure

7. Medical Disclaimer

AmazingXO is not a medical provider, clinic, or pharmacy. The products and information available on the platform are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice. Use of compounded medications should be under the supervision of a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new protocol, particularly if you have existing medical conditions or are taking prescription medications.

8. Refunds and Returns

Because our products are pharmaceutical-grade compounded medications, we cannot accept returns of opened or dispensed products for health and safety reasons. Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

• Order fails compliance review — full refund issued within 5 business days
• Product arrives damaged, compromised, or outside acceptable temperature range — full refund or replacement at our discretion
• Order not fulfilled within the stated timeframe — full refund upon request

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order date. Contact support@amazingxo.com to initiate a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the AmazingXO platform — including product descriptions, imagery, copy, design, and software — is the property of AmazingXO, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmazingXO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or products, including but not limited to adverse health reactions, shipping delays, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AmazingXO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your provision of false or misleading information.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration agreement does not apply to claims for injunctive relief or claims within the jurisdiction of small claims court.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
