Automated Recommendations Policy

AmazingXO uses automated systems to support product discovery, personalized recommendations, and customer experience features on our platform. This policy explains how these systems work, what data they use, and what rights you have.
1. How Automated Systems Are Used
AmazingXO uses automated recommendation systems to:
- Suggest products and protocols based on your stated goals and preferences
- Surface relevant educational content and resources
- Power the Finder tool — an interactive discovery experience that helps match you with products that align with your wellness objectives
- Personalize your browsing experience based on activity on our platform
- Flag compliance concerns or inconsistencies in submitted intake forms
2. What Data These Systems Use
Recommendation and discovery features may use the following data:
- Goals, preferences, and wellness objectives you provide during onboarding or in the Finder tool
- Product views, session history, and interaction data on our platform
- General health categories or concerns you voluntarily disclose
- Order history (for returning customers)
We do not use your government-issued ID, detailed medical records, or sensitive PHI as inputs to recommendation systems. Sensitive health data is used only for compliance review and fulfillment purposes.
3. No Medical Decision-Making
Automated systems on AmazingXO do not make medical decisions. All product recommendations are for informational and discovery purposes only. No recommendation constitutes a clinical diagnosis, treatment plan, or medical prescription. You should always consult your healthcare Provider before beginning any new protocol.
AmazingXO staff and Nurse Hours participants are not medical Providers and do not prescribe medications. Decisions about your care remain with you and your licensed healthcare Provider.
4. Human Oversight
Compliance review decisions — including whether to approve or reject an order — are made or reviewed by trained AmazingXO staff, not automated systems alone. Automated tools may flag issues for review, but final compliance determinations involve human judgment.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Opt out of personalized recommendations by contacting support@amazingxo.com
- Request information about how automated systems have been used in connection with your account
- Request human review of any decision that affects your access to our services
6. Third-Party Technology
Some automated features on our platform are powered by third-party technology providers. These providers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We do not sell your data to third-party technology providers for their own use.
7. Changes
We may update our use of automated systems over time. Material changes to how these systems affect your rights will be communicated via email or posted on this page.
