SMS Policy
Effective January 5, 2026
This SMS Policy describes how AmazingXO, LLC (“AmazingXO”) sends text messages to customers and how you can manage your messaging preferences.
1. Program Description
AmazingXO sends SMS messages for the following purposes:
- Order confirmations and status updates
- Shipping notifications and delivery confirmations
- Compliance and identity verification reminders
- Account security alerts
- Promotional messages and offers (with explicit opt-in only)
- Nurse Hours session reminders (for enrolled subscribers)
2. Consent
Transactional SMS messages (order updates, shipping, security alerts) are sent as part of your account activity and do not require separate opt-in. Marketing and promotional SMS messages are only sent if you have provided express written consent. You are not required to consent to promotional messaging as a condition of purchasing from AmazingXO.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by account activity. Transactional messages are sent only as relevant to your orders. If you opt into promotional messaging, you may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
4. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of promotional SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from AmazingXO. You will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further promotional messages. To opt back in, reply START.
Note: Opting out of promotional messages will not stop transactional messages related to active orders or account security.
5. Help
For help with SMS messaging, reply HELP to any message from AmazingXO or contact support@amazingxo.com.
6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS availability depends on your wireless carrier and plan.
7. Privacy
