  • Licensed Pharmacies: Your name, shipping address, order details, and prescription information are transmitted to the dispensing pharmacy to fulfill your order.
  • Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
  • Cloudflare: Hosting, content delivery, and security services.
  • Discord: If you connect your Discord account for Nurse Hours access, your Discord username and membership status are shared with our Discord server.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

4. Health and Medical Information

Health information you provide — including medical history, medications, and identity verification materials — is sensitive. We handle this information with heightened protection. It is used solely for the purpose of compliance review and order fulfillment. We do not use health information for advertising or marketing purposes. Identity documents submitted for verification are not retained beyond the period required for compliance purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active and for up to seven years thereafter to comply with legal, tax, and pharmacy record-keeping requirements. Identity verification materials are retained for the minimum period required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to our retention obligations.
