Affiliate Policy

Effective January 5, 2026

This Affiliate Policy governs your participation in the AmazingXO Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid AmazingXO account, and be approved by AmazingXO following review of your application. AmazingXO reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for rejection.

Affiliates must not operate in any jurisdiction where participation in affiliate marketing programs for health or pharmaceutical-adjacent products is restricted or prohibited by law.

2. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique affiliate link or referral code. Commissions are tracked and recorded only through this link or code. AmazingXO is not responsible for commissions lost due to browser settings, third-party extensions, or any technical failure outside our control. Self-referrals are prohibited.

3. Commission Structure

Commission rates are established at the time of your enrollment and are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice. Commissions are earned only on qualifying purchases made by new customers referred through your affiliate link. Membership fees, compliance-failed orders, and refunded transactions are excluded from commission calculations. Final commission amounts are displayed in your affiliate dashboard and are considered correct unless disputed within 30 days of posting.

4. Payment

Commissions are paid monthly, no later than the 15th of the following month, provided your account balance meets the minimum payout threshold of $50. Payments are made via bank transfer or other method as designated in your affiliate account. You are responsible for all applicable taxes on affiliate income and for providing accurate payment details. AmazingXO will issue a 1099-NEC (or equivalent) if required by law.

5. Permitted Promotional Activity

You may promote AmazingXO through blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital channels, subject to the restrictions below. All promotional content must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including FTC disclosure requirements. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to AmazingXO in any promotional content (e.g., “#ad” or “I earn a commission if you purchase through my link”).

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Make false or misleading claims about AmazingXO products, efficacy, or pricing
• Use AmazingXO trademarks or brand assets without prior written approval
• Bid on AmazingXO brand keywords in paid search advertising
• Use spam, unsolicited email, or deceptive traffic generation methods
• Promote AmazingXO in contexts that are illegal, adult-only, or inconsistent with brand values
• Offer unauthorized discounts, cashback, or incentives not approved by AmazingXO
• Refer themselves or members of their household to generate commissions

7. Medical and Regulatory Compliance

Affiliates must not make medical claims about AmazingXO products. This includes claims that products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All promotional content is subject to review and must not violate FDA guidelines, FTC rules, or any applicable platform advertising policies. AmazingXO reserves the right to require you to remove or modify any promotional content that does not comply with this Policy.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, your affiliate links will be deactivated and you will receive payment for any earned commissions on completed, non-refunded transactions. Commissions on orders placed after termination will not be paid. AmazingXO may terminate your participation immediately and withhold outstanding commissions for material violations of this Policy.

9. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of AmazingXO. You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations, business expenses, and compliance with laws applicable to your affiliate activities.

10. Modifications

AmazingXO reserves the right to modify this Affiliate Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and, where material, communicated by email. Continued participation in the Program following notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
